Micaela del Solar is a Craniosacral Therapist and Yoga Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, her path began in 1999 through the study of medicinal plants with various shamans in the Peruvian Amazon. These early experiences with ancestral healing and spiritual medicine laid the foundation for a life devoted to supporting others on their wellbeing.

Between 2007 and 2010, Micaela deepened her yoga journey by apprenticing in Therapeutic Yoga with Gabriel Halpern at Yoga Circle in Chicago.
This formative experience strengthened her understanding of alignment, adaptive yoga, and individualized support—skills she continues to weave into her therapeutic sessions today.

In 2007, Micaela completed her first yoga teacher training at Moksha Yoga in Chicago. Since then, she has continued to study and integrate practices such as meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed care, and Craniosacral Therapy—a subtle yet powerful modality that deeply supported her own healing.

Since 2018, Micaela has provided Craniosacral Therapy in private practice, helping clients navigate chronic pain, trauma, stress, and emotional imbalance. Her sessions are known for being nurturing, intuitive, and grounded in deep presence.

Her commitment to community care is central to her mission. Micaela has volunteered at the Center for Independent Living, offering Craniosacral Therapy to individuals with autism and other disabilities, and at the free pain clinic in Fort Myers, supporting people with fibromyalgia, chronic headaches, and related conditions. She continues to provide pro bono sessions for people in need, including those with disabilities or facing financial hardship—guided by the belief that healing should be accessible to all.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Micaela brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and inclusivity to her work—creating a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold.
